A couple of things to resolve here, let's start with...
Gnutmyx. You get an AOO against the cleric as he attempts to slip away into the fog.

Rolling it for the sake of expedience.
AOO, Gnutmyx, Shield.
11 + 11 = 22
Miss Chance
88%
Damage
4 + 1 = 5
Gnutmyx gives a thrust of shield as the bullywug slips away into the fog, it impacts but you're pretty sure he's still alive...
Maggot, although not your turn, you see the cleric slip briefly out of the fog in L15 as he evades Gnutmyx, before he dips back into the fog at K16, disappearing from your view...
Kwelzucht, can I get a spot check.

Oh my god, you see something! Is that... a sexy lady kobold?
...
No, on closer inspection it's just the way the bark curls around the tree trunk. Dammit.
That brings us back to Bashnag for Round Eight. Still raging, buddy?
Current map.

Bashnag is still raging, after all of this time. He is one mean, bloodied fighting machine!
Having dispatched the crocs (finally), he'll finally take stock of being surrounded in a mist. He vaguely knows (from sounds of combat) there is one more bullywug somewhere behind him, although he doesn't know exactly as his back has been turned for most of this combat to that side of the tree.
He releases a mighty bellow (which is usual for Bashnag), turn around, take a 5ft step to H13, drop his off-hand weapon and use his boots of stomping.
Reflex saving throw please, DM.
DETAILS
From corner of bottom right corner of H13:
20ft cone, instantaneous effect, Reflex DC13 to negate. Fail= thrown to the ground, knocked prone, 1d4 non-lethal damage. (ONLY AFFECTS CREATURES ON THE GROUND).
(activation is Standard (manipulation), which means no command word is needed. Free hand required is met by dropping offhand in H13).
Maggot should be fine (think they are in a tree), although Gnutmyx will need to make the save.
Rounds for rage: 3/8.
weapon rolls are extra +2 on attack and dmg.
AC: 19 (21-2 for rage)
HP: 20/52 (8/40 +12 for rage)
Morningstar equipped in one hand, lightmace on ground in H13.
2 charges on healing belt.
0 charges left on gloves.
2 charges left on boots.
(also has the girdle, but not equipped yet).

Reflex save = 10
You hear a thud somewhere in the fog. Roll me the 1d4 subdual please.
Maggot is indeed high enough to avoid a 20ft cone but Gnutmyx needs to save. It will then be Gnutmyx's turn.

Gnutmyx tries hard to keep his balance in response to the swampquake.
Reflex Save:
[11]+6 = 17
1d20+6:
[
]
+6
= 17

[Assuming he saves;]
Slime still fresh on his shield from the opportunistic hit, the not-quite-goblin isn't sure where the Bullywug retreated. Legs still a bit wobbly, he patrols out to the edge of the fog cloud, and turns south in an effort to try to find where that frog ran off to.
[Move to L15; if he sees the frog outside of the fog cloud, he'll approach as much as possible, expending as many moves as necessary to move within melee range. If he doesn't see the bullywug, he'll head diagonally down to K16, and then move west from there along the 16 row, looking to see if he moves into a square beside the bullywug. With the reduced movement (half speed), he would end in H16 for now, it looks like.]

[Assuming he doesn't save;]
Subdual Damage
His (practically nonexistent) concentration shattered by whatever that just was, Gnutmyx arduously brings himself to his feet (move action?) and only manages to drag himself out of the fog cloud enough to see if the bullywug was trying to manage a retreat, before dipping back in to look for it.
[Move to L15, then K16. Should be his full 15ft of movement.]

As Gnutmyx sweeps through the fog cloud, he catches a glimpse of the froggy cleric. He's prone all right, in i15. He ain't moving much, but his foot twitches slightly, still alive then?
Gnutmyx can yell out about this information if he wishes.
Maggot is up.

He'd yell it out for sure; he'd also stop at whatever square he first saw/was in melee range of it (I16? J16?).

Ullo takes the moment to activate a charge on his healing belt.
Healing:

2d8:

"
We should get moving." he announces through the fog. "
We've wasted enough time here already."

¬¬
While Maggot and Kwel stumble around in the fog failing to find their friends, Ullo gives himself a heal from his belt. There are no more sounds of combat for now, just the distant shout of Gnutmyx that he's found the last one.
Wounded, breathing heavily, grinning in the foggy moonlight. That should keep the blubbery bastards at bay for a while. They might hit hard in their opening assault but their lack of training always lets them down in the long run. You guys did pretty good, held it together. There's a certain sense of camaraderie that settles in the aftermath. The evening's appetizer has been dealt with, but now real work awaits in Pale Bridge and time waits for no minion.
What is everyone doing?

Bashnag will let the rage naturally subside, and promptly collapse dead on the floor.
I joke of course, but he is really really hurt, so he will take a good ol' double charge off his belt of healing (2x single charges that is).
[5, 8] = 13
2d8:
[
]
= 13
Seeing that the belt is now useless, he will equip the girdle and tie the healing belt onto it (for the sake of carrying it).
He will also retrieve the rather muddy light mace from H13, clean off the mud and swamp detritus, turn to Gnutmyx and in a gruff voice "
Thank for heal". To the rest, he will say
"Move on, we need. Loot?" and wave the morningstar in a sweeping gesture over the bodies.
In terms of loot, what is there?
Search check:
OOT:
I'm fatigued until the end of current encounter, so I assume this fatigue will disappear once we leave this area? Also, I'll finish off the bullywug that is unconscious, because f*ck 'em. Can I do a coup de grace whilst fatigued? (I assume the -2 STR penalty will apply to the damage).
Moved to off topic thread.
No rage left.
AC: 21
HP: 24/40
Morningstar equipped in one hand, light mace on belt.
0 charges on healing belt.
0 charges left on gloves.
2 charges left on boots.
Girdle is equipped (carrying capacity increased for 1d3 hours upon activation). Healing belt is unequipped.

NW on the map in the direction of travel. Ullo has little difficulty navigating what remains of the fog, you emerge near Bashnag.

"This way." Ullo announces again. "Follow my voice. We need to get moving - or do you want to explain to Karrthragoth what took so long?" Really, the fight took little more than a couple of minutes, but he was eager to finish the job.

If it comes back around to Gnutmyx' turn (if we're still following rounds?) and no one has taken care of the last bullywug, Gnutmyx will align his shield with the frog's head and roll onto it (if it hasn't gotten up by then). He'll also give it a cursory glance for anything useful before following Ullo.
[Unsure if coup de grace or not, so just rolling as normal below]

Gnutmyx is distracted by the extremely satisfying squelch of the bullywug's head popping as he shield stomps the last of its life out. When he lifts the shield once more, its eyes have popped and his shield is covered in gelatinous goop. The bullywug's long tongue lolls out of its mouth. Somewhere off to the north west you hear Ullo growing impatient. one last swift kick determines that the bullywug is most definitely dead.

Maggot flies easily over to where Ullo and Bashnag are standing. A few moments later, Kwelzucht emerges from the fog followed by Gnutmyx. The goblin's shield is covered in Bullywug goop and he grins beneath his helm. Kwelzucht holds out a scaly hand, three thin vials resting on his palm.
"
They must have used this place as an ambush spot." the sorcerer says, "
Our blubbery friend was attempting to retrieve a hidden package in the roots of the tree. Four potions, alas he was trying to drink one when he was knocked prone. Our goblin friend squished the one he held in his hand."
He tosses one to Bashnag.
"
You at least should hold one."

Ullo has little trouble leading you onwards through the swamp and there are no more run ins with the locals. You eventually emerge from the swamp into gentle rolling hills with occasional patches of trees and soon see Pale Bridge appearing on the horizon. The Pale Bridge in question looks almost ghostly in the moonlight. The stone is... well it's white. You're not dwarves, most of you likely don't know or care what sort of stone it is or how this bridge even got here. What's important is that the Warlord Tarsk set up home here however long ago and now this bridge, the town and the docks are his. Crossing the bridge one way or another usually requires a toll. A small toll for foot traffic, more for carts and wagons especially if carrying merchandise. Same goes for docking fees. Entry to the town isn't necessarily prohibited for you. The problem is the eyes you'd draw. A small crew of what are pretty obviously minions would be watched like hawks for troublemaking. Stealth, physically or socially is perhaps the safer option at first but the method of entry is something to discuss before getting much closer.
From here you can linger among the trees and just about see the guard on the southern entrance (spot check if you want to observe movements and details for a bit).
The southern entrance is wooden palisade wall. Inside the palisade wall are a few buildings, likely inns, taverns, some housing, maybe a trading house or two, etc... From there, Pale Bridge runs out across the river to the other side on the north where there is more of the same, including the primary guard house. These two built up sectors make up the bulk of the town of Pale Bridge but in the centre of the bridge, a stone staircase makes a squared spiral down the central island that holds the docks and warehouses. A cargo lift connects the docks to the bridge for the hauling up of heavy cargo and livestock. This is in the form of a solid gated platform that can be hauled up by two men using a wheel based system for leverage.
I did try to find some maps to help convey this idea but obviously I can't find an exact replica of what I'm after so consider the following for illustrative purposes only.
Image 1 gives a good suggestion of the size of the island.
While image 2 gives an idea of the the central section of bridge.
Imagine no upper tower and no second layer of bridge. but a central cargo lift that lowers down to the island with a staircase that spirals around it in a square fashion like so.

Even though Kwelzucht was unlikely to offer Gnutmyx a potion due to his blunder in crushing one, the goblin fails to read the stench and immediately puts up a clawed hand. "Gnutmyx refuses the unholy waters cursed by beings unworthy of Karrthragoth. If the water is not of His swamp, it is a mockery," he spits; the superficial eloquence of his words marred by his barely-goblinoid speech.
-----
When the group reaches just short of their destination, Gnutmyx puts away his mace and hauls his shield up onto his back. In his mind, they shouldn't have to hide and sneak around - the group should be respected for their participation in a holy mission, and they should be showered with assistance and praise. However, he wasn't completely stupid: not everyone accepted the grace of Karrthragoth, as heinous as that sounded.
So, Gnutmyx quietly defers to the specialists on this matter. He had a natural affinity for stealth that wasn't entirely marred by his strange appearance and dress, he just generally preferred to reserve such cowardly acts for anything with more scales than he. Or bigger. Or smaller but sharp. Or magical. Or with sharp teeth. Or poisonous. Or uglier than he was (an achievement to be sure). Or especially hairy. Or awkwardly bald. Or stinky.
On second thought, maybe stealth was the best choice here.

Ullo watches the distant gate for a few minutes, trying to observe the goings on to determine if they can sneak in someplace, or if they have to try and bluff their way through the gate. The thought of having Maggot fly overhead to get a closer look was already on his mind.

Bashnag will simply offer a curt nod to Maggot as he continues to wipe his weapons down with nearby leaves, free from crocodile blood, bullywug guts and stinky swamp goo. He'll put the potion into his backpack, ready to grab at a moment's notice.
On the way, he'll say to himself:
"Master proud, we bash bullys"
Upon reaching the embankment and watching Pale Bridge, Bashnag won't offer much to the conversation (He'd prefer bashing his way in (seeing as that's what he does best), but even a simple-brained minion like Bashnag knows not everything calls for bashing.)
After 10 or so minutes of watching (assuming we haven't moved from the embankment), Bashnag will hold out his paw holding the light mace towards the built up area of the bridge.
"If Bridge like cave, hidden entrance?"
