Low Rollers Unite!

But seriously, where can I break this curse?

Just as an aside, another one of Charon's TTS group has insane luck with his rolls. In the campaign (akin to the one in Area 2), I think he's crit-killed at least 5 or 6 minibosses and bosses, survived a Dominate Person by an illithid (with a base 2 will save!!) and an instagib by one of charon's favourite undead monsters (I can't remember the name)).

We're not planning on attacking any encampments, to my knowledge. That would just slow us down. If we happen to encounter a group that insist on having at us, that's their bad luck. The trek through the swamp was supposed to take about an hour and 20 minutes, then we'd probably have to add the time for any encounters to that total. Hopefully we'll be in town well before midnight.

The instagib was from a mummy who managed to paralyze him with its aura the followed up with a coup de grace the round after. He nat 20d the resulting fort save which was the only way to avoid death. Pretty intense stuff.

As for the trek, yeah, estimated travel time an hour and 20, of which you guys are essentially 30 mins deep by the time this hornet mess kicked off.

I forgot about that one, but that's not what I was referring to. It was when the you-know-what sent the undead bony thing to us in Talon's Reach whilst we slept.

True, but I thought we were cutting through an encampment whatever the hell we're heading to, in order to make the quickest time to Pale Bridge. Which would mean we would fight said bullywugs. Unless I'm mistaken?

Ah the boneclaw, yes, definitely one of my favourite undead monsters. I'd forgotten about that surprise ganking.

Yeah. Might be more fiddly than using outlook but we'll see if it gives better readability.
Problem with maps like this is that you can't always find what you want online, especially when you're looking for urban environments. Sadly don't have the talent to make something like that myself.

Sorry for vanishing for a bit; stuff with work that wasn't expected. Still around.

Thanks for taking care of Gnutmyx's init; rolled better than I would have!

I'll be checking every morning for the next few days, so will wait for closer to his turn for Gnutmyx's actions, as things will likely change quite a bit over three Bullywugs and a Bashnag.

Welcome back Ricochet

There will most likely be changes, ending with 3 dead bullywugs and 1 triumphant Bashnag (provided my Low-Roll Curse doesn't flare up) >.>

Noticed I hadn't prepared Gnutmyx's spells, so I quickly threw those together based on what he would have had prepared before going to meet Karrthragoth, knowing only he was going to be tasked with something.

Unfortunately, he probably can't cast Good spells if Karrthragoth is actually his deity and evil, and he had no idea about the ring, so had no good reason to have prepared Awaken Sin - and then been able to modify it to Awaken Sun.

I'm afraid we'll have to go without awakening sentience in celestial bodies this time around.

In the interest of allowing multiple folks to post between Charon's updates, it appears the Init order is as follows:

Bashnag
Bullywug B1
Gnutmyx
Bulltwug C1
Maggot
Ullo
Kwelzucht
Bullywug B2
Bullywug C2
