Waiting on init from Gnutmyx I think.
Trialling something new for the combat map, colours weren't very clear so gone for initials instead. We'll see how well this works out. XD Here's the combat map for now, will place enemies once I have all inits in.
Edit: Yeah ok, forum compresses it a little so right click, open in new tab for zoomable version.

Gnutmyx initiative.

Bashnag is first in initiative but is surprised. He reaches up and swats the last hornet which was perched on his nose. It leaves behind a throbbing red lump and completely distracts him from the four bullywugs leaping from the water behind him.
Bullywug B1 will rage with a mighty croak that is also hilariously high pitched, take a 5 foot step towards Maggot (F12) and jab out with his trident.
28 to hit vs FF which I'm gonna assume is successful ¬¬
14 piercing damage.
His bulbous eyes bulge menacingly as he jabs the poor kobold.
Gnext up is Gnutmyx who is also surprised. He is busy stamping furiously on some of the hornets, oblivious to the amphibious threat.
After him, Bullywug C1 who simply chugs the potion in his hand.
Maggot is up next, this is a surprise round remember so only one standard action.

Having sustained too much damage already and not wanting to take more and certainly not one be bulbed with menacing eyes, Maggot decides to fly in the nearest tree. Thus, withdrawing.
OOC: Maggot does a restricted withdraw action and having Rapid Retreat he gets a 5ft extra speed while withdrawing, which is, I hope enough to get him high in the tree behind him.

Knowing Bashnag should be able to handle himself, Ullo moves over by Gnutmyx [standard action in surprise round to move to K14], drawing his sword.
[ooc - based on init rolls, I think Ullo was next. This will change if the bullywugs go before Ullo]

I'll allow it, which square? Like I13? Also how high up. The tree is pretty tall, a good 80ft or so at its tallest point.
Ullo, that's fine.
Next up is Kwelzucht then the final two bullywugs. I'll then update the map for the start of the first actual round. I know you were gonna ready a spell Kwel, but given the low initiative I figured you might wanna revise that.

Kwelzucht unleashed his magical powers against the two closest Bullywugs, hitting them with two missiles each - weakening them in the process.

AC: 20
HP: 39 / 48
B2
[roll=115]2d4+2[/roll]
C2
[roll=116]2d4+2[/roll]
And they both take a -4 penalty to Strength, because of the use of Fell Weaken (LM, p27). So casting MM as a 2nd level spell.

OOC: My fly speed is 35ft now and I'm 10ft from the tree, so dioginally flying, let's say 15ft-20ft high in square 13H. You allright with that?

Yep that's fine. A quick triangulation suggests you could get up to 30ft (rounded down) high given those parameters so we cool.
Kwelzucht, daymn son, those moves. Feel free to override these visuals if you want but...
Kwelzucht casually flicks a hornet towards Gnutmyx with a finger from his right hand. As the goblin grabs the hornet in his hand and squishes it, Kwelzucht looks over to the two bullywugs and makes a gesture with his left hand, just as casually. From his outstretched claws four miniature, smoky dragon skulls burst forth, roaring and twisting, spiralling through the air to smash into the bullywugs. The bigger one staggers, the other ribbits in surprise.
B2 will enter a rage, five foot step to L13 and jab out at Kwelzucht in retaliation.
25 to hit Vs AC.
12 piercing damage.
Kwelzucht may have taken the sting out of him but this bullywug is still big and mean.
C2 will glug his potion he was holding.
Back at the top of the round with Bashnag. Updated map coming in a minute.

Just a reminder that swampland is difficult terrain for most if not all of you, that means double movement per square, no charging. Forgot to mention it earlier so I'll let it slide if Ullo's last move was illegal.

That should put Ullo's move at exactly 30 feet, unless you count the 2nd diagonal as 20 ft. J12 (typically 5 ft, now 10), J13 (now 10 ft, not diagonal), K14 (you decide). Either way, if you're letting it slide, he is where he is.

Yeah, pretty sure that clocks in at 40ft, but as I said, what's done is done.

Bashnag is first in initiative but is surprised. He reaches up and swats the last hornet which was perched on his nose. It leaves behind a throbbing red lump and completely distracts him from the four bullywugs leaping from the water behind him.
After being stung yet again by the hornets and hearing the commotion of the last few seconds between the bullywugs and his companions, Bashnag roars with a gutteral bellow from the depths of his belly, that reverberate in the quiet swampland and drowns out the other sounds of combat.
He turns to B1, moves to G12, and takes a two handed swing with his morningstar and aims for the head of B1.
"BASH HATE SWAMP!! BASH HATE BULLYS!!"

There is a satisfying squelchy noise as the mace mashes into the bullywug's bulbous phizog. Its tongue pops out, it croaks. And then it retaliates.
"Stinky bugbear!"
It wibbles its horrible tongue at you as it jabs out with its trident.
15 vs AC (miss?)
15 piercing damage if it hits.
Gnutmyx is up.

That is indeed a miss.
B1 misses with the trident further than I missed the clue in that escape room all those years ago

After crushing the hornet sent his way, Gnutmyx mutters some nonsensical praise to Karrthragoth while cowering behind his shield. He reaches out to smear the bug guts on the slimy creature that moved in front of him, now infused with divine magic.
[Expending Delay Poison for an Inflict Moderate Wounds conversion. Hopefully shouldn't trigger an AoO due to Shielded Casting. Gnutmyx should always have his shield at the ready as its also his holy symbol and he is always cowering behind it, but if we want to rule that he put it away for whatever reason, his first action would instead be to ready the shield as his move action.]
Touch Attack [Inflict Moderate Wounds]

I see no reason why Gnutmyx wouldn't have his shield out in known hostile territory.
Touch attack hits easily. I hit exactly 15 will save only cos he was raging. XD
Who knows what crazy magics Gnutmyx infused those hornet guts with. He smears the mess across the bullywug's rubbery skin, leaving a sizzling bubbly mess behind.
Bullywug C1 begins casting something.
Maggot, you're up.

Much more comfortable out of the fray, Maggot grabs his crossbow, loads it with a bolt and starts looking for victims.

OOC: I just looked, Maggot's crossbow is light. As such, he should be able to load as a move action, then shoot it as his standard action this round. Unless his holding in place in the air is required as one of those actions...

OOC: I was assuming that drawing a weapon was a move equivalent action already. He sheathed his melee weapon the turn before after he landed.

Yeah, Maggot has the right of it. Drawing it and loading it are unfortunately two separate move-equivalent actions in this case.
Ullo is up.

Not the greatest attacks there Ullo, he swings out with his sword but just can't seem to penetrate that blubbery flesh. It's like stabbing spaghetti.
Kwelzucht, show em how it's done.

Kwelzucht swung his sword daftly, hoping to hamstring the over-sized frog.
Attack

Dmg
[roll=128]1d6-2[/roll]
And then decided a tactical repositioning would be more advantageous to him.
