Not sure if it was a Firefox update or what, but the banner no longer shows up for me. The D&D Gamer words show up over the "Board Index" bar, the pic and stuff is no longer there.

Seems to be fine in Chrome. Must be something Firefox did on a recent update.

No real reason why it shouldn't. It's possible it thinks it's an advert or a tracker? Try disabling any inbuilt shield or adblock it might have.
The image is served through https so it shouldn't be a mixed content issue. Can confirm it works on Chromium based browsers such as Chrome, Brave and Opera.
